When you place an order on the Remedy Box web site your card details are encrypted and transmitted via a secure server. Therefore your details will never be seen by anyone other than our payment provider, we are simply informed by your bank that the payment has been authorised.


Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card. In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, RBS Enterprises Ltd. shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.

Cancellation of Order

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to cancel orders placed through a website within seven working days of their receipt of the goods. UK residents wishing to cancel an order under these Regulations should return the goods to Remedy Box, 32 Westow Hill, Crystal Palace, London, SE19 1RX UK in their original packing and in their original condition.

Remedy Box will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address, and we strongly recommend that returns are sent by Recorded Delivery or some other means of tracked delivery system. Once we receive the goods in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.
